GKC: High Quality European Kitchens for the American Household

Europe is the global leader when it comes to fine interior architecture. Amid the competition, GKC comes out on top as the #1 largest fitted kitchen manufacturer worldwide. The reason is simple: excellent quality custom-built kitchens at low prices. By combining the best of both worlds, GKC bridges the gap between economy kitchens and higher priced luxury brands.

GKC offers a powerful package with a wealth of design options. Perhaps you've imagined how wonderful your kitchen would look with an island cooktop, or you just love the rustic appeal of a tiled backsplash. Maybe a minimalistic all-white kitchen invokes a sense of serenity in you.

Literally thousands of colors, finishes, and ingenious add-ons bring your visions to life. Swivel flap doors or wall-mounted ‘hover’ cabinets save space and hassle. Cabinet fronts can be made of colored or clear glass, matt or high gloss lacquer, beautiful natural wood and more. We are confident that you’ll find something you love within GKC’s collections that suit your unique and vibrant lifestyle.

As Sheri Mercadante, our Director of Marketing would put it, “A kitchen is not a commodity, it is a custom installation.” Custom cabinet makers in the US simply are not able to perform the extensive quality checks that GKC does during every step of the process- from design, to ordering, to manufacture, to delivery and installation.

It begins with a free design consultation, where an interior designer creates a digital sketch based on your tastes, budget, and functional needs. Our backend team then examines your initial blueprint for quality assurance before it is assembled. The final plans are submitted to GKC’s cutting-edge factory located in Germany.

Your fine quality GKC kitchen is inspected in a quality testing laboratory where each drawer is opened and closed 60,000 times, and it is also tested for resistance to heat, saltwater and humidity. As is the German custom, only the finest manufacturing practices are carried out when building a GKC cabinet system.
